Problem Statement
Our goal was to develop an app for frequent travelers with complex schedules that fosters collaboration on an itinerary.
Research
Apart from financing, all users interviewed expressed frustration with available tools for planning, booking, and managing tours.
Most of our competitors do not include reviews in their listings, and they generally lack comprehensive budget-friendly planning options. Furthermore, they do not offer a convenient and user-friendly solution for easy access to necessary information.

Ideation
We successfully implemented innovative concepts, such as in-app edit/share permissions for seamless collaboration among team members, the ability to book multiple items for an itinerary simultaneously, and the inclusion of an in-app chat room.

Future Opportunities
While the app currently functions well and possesses an appealing interface, it would greatly benefit from the incorporation of additional planning options. These include features such as dinner planning, calendar synchronization, contact synchronization, rewards programs, financing options, and customer reviews. By implementing these enhancements, we can further enhance the user experience and provide a more comprehensive solution for our users' needs.
